2020 was certainly a testing year for all of us. From our government leaders bickering over border control and advising us on how to manage our health, while constantly telling us they are not health professionals, to the main stream media forcing a fear narrative in our face every time you turn on the television — if the past 12 months has taught us anything, it is we need to get back on track the one thing we have control over that will make us resilient and strong — our health, our wellbeing and our immune system.

In 2018 I got hooked on making my own green juice and it changed my life for the better.

It was a rough start

In October 2017 I caught Influenza B. It hit me hard. Two visits to hospital, 3 weeks in bed not being able to get up and losing 10 kilos in 2 weeks. I lost all my energy and felt absolutely terrible. I soon recovered though and got on with life. As a result I became determined to improve my overall health and wellbeing.

As a general rule, I don’t invest in things I don’t understand. I have found this to be true also for many business owners, particularly when it comes to their online presence, digital footprint and SEO.

Google’s Campaign URL Tool is a simple, free tool that helps you build a campaign specific tracking URL. These tracking URL’s are URL’s that contain additional information that will be passed to your Google Analytics account, allowing you to report on and understand how successful your marketing campaigns are.

I personally use tracking URL’s for things like; links in my email auto signature, email campaign links and links provided to third parties that link back to my content. This way, I can track the clicks in my own Google Analytics account and not rely on reports from anyone else.
